I know the title says well drilling, but this husband a wife are also running a puppy mill. The puppies are living in deplorable conditions. They are covered in fleas and ticks and have missing patches of hair. There is no food or water available to them in 85 degree weather. The puppy Mrs. Mc Clain delivered to us was BLIND! I will make it my life goal to have the Mc Clains shut down. They are gulity of animal cruelty and neglect. They also have children living in the same filth!!!
